Beat The Numbers

Why Waste Time And Money?

Beat the numbers

If saving for a home deposit takes 10 years and you’re renting at $450 per week, you’ll spend an incredible $234,000 on rent!

Should house prices increase at the current predicted rate of 6% during that period, a house available today for $450,000, will cost $810,000.

This would mean that instead of your 10% deposit being $45,000, you would need to find a minimum of $81,000.
